I have started this blog to share my fitness journey and how I have been able to Get Fit and Stay Fit. I’m not saying that I’m the fittest person out there but I have gotten fitter in the past two years and I hope to inspire someone who thinks that it’s hard to get into fitness and be consistent. I will also be sharing how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and make better choices in terms of nutrition.
I started a 12-week challenge that started on the 1st of September and ends on the 1st of December. I will be sharing how this challenge is going, the challenges and triumphs. Hope this can also inspire you to start a challenge!
